Dupa o vacanta petrecuta in Spania am ramas placut surprins de alimentatia sanatoasa practicata de spanioli , de fizicul lor bine proportionat . Rar mi-a fost dat sa vad persoane cu burtile atarnand peste cureaua pantalonilor , singurele de acest gen vorbind de cele mai multe ori....româna.<br />
Garbanzos-ul ( nautul ) este un aliment des folosit de spanioli , cu peste 70 % continut de fibra alimentara ceea ce-l face ideal in dietele de slabire.Poate fi folosit atat fiert , stropit cu ulei de masline si zeama de lamaie cat si gatit ca fasolea , ciorba sau scazuta .<br />
